Senior Photos with Jake

This was a really fun shoot! Jake is a swing dancer, and wanted to incorporate some rat-pack shots into his senior portraits. I had a ton of fun doing that as I am partial to that era as well. :) It’s so fun getting to know my seniors - I spend up to six hours with them during a shoot so it really gives me a chance to talk to them. Jake is a really great kid and I’m so happy to have him as part of my portfolio.

And here he is back in 2008:

The Gorgeous Bri

Look at this gorgeous senior I photographed today! It was 95+ degrees and she STILL looked like this. Makes you wanna hate her, just a little, right? :) But really, she is just the sweetest girl, up for anything, and I had a ton of fun with her (and her mom, who was a great assistant) today.

Coffee Table & Memory Books

Coffee table books are one of my absolute favorite things to create. They are such a beautiful way to display all of your photos. I recently created one for a 2009 senior, but I also do them for maternity, newborns, families and more. A perk of my “baby’s first year package” (6 sessions -maternity, newborn, &  3, 6, 9, 12 months) is that you get a custom book at the end documenting your little one’s first year. How cute is that?

Here is a four page example of the senior book I just created:

Books come hardbound or softbound in several different sizes.

Meet Alex.

Would you like to see my adorable, fun, lovely niece? We went out last week and photographed some early senior portraits for her. This was sooo much fun, and I got so many amazing shots of her. It’s not hard when you’re 17, gorgeous, and photogenic, right?

Her eyes are incredible. I’m sure you’ll be seeing more of this session as I make my way through them. :)
